1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the 23phdream platform (the "Platform"), you ("User," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all users of the 23phdream Platform, including visitors, registered members, and any other persons who access or use the services offered by 23phdream ("we," "us," or "our"). If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms.

Your continued use of the 23phdream Platform following any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend that you review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the 23phdream Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations applicable to online casino-style gaming platforms.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current or former employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of 23phdream, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the 23phdream Platform for any reason.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any third party when registering or placing wagers on the Platform.

23phdream reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account and the forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of services on the 23phdream Platform, you must create a registered account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and email address.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate, current, and complete at all times.
• Keep your login credentials — including your username and password — strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify 23phdream immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
• Register only one (1) account per person. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

23phdream reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects that the information provided is inaccurate, fraudulent, or in violation of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. 23phdream shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

23phdream supports a range of Philippine-friendly payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
• Deposits are generally credited to your 23phdream account within minutes of successful payment confirmation.
• 23phdream does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• All deposited funds must be used for gaming purposes on the Platform. 23phdream reserves the right to investigate and reverse deposits that appear to be made for money laundering or other illicit purposes.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued ID and proof of payment method ownership before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya are typically processed within a few hours of approval. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, or Metrobank may take one (1) to three (3) business days.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds may be subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. See Section 5 for details.
• 23phdream reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of identity verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

23phdream may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered users from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made:

• Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement, which means you must wager the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) a specified number of times before the bonus or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the promotion details.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games, live dealer games, and certain specialty games may contribute a lower percentage or not at all. Specific contribution rates are stated in individual promotion terms.
• Expiry: Bonuses that are not used or wagering requirements that are not met within the specified validity period will expire and be forfeited automatically.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time.
• Abuse: 23phdream reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to close accounts, where it determines that a user has abused or attempted to abuse any promotion, including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or any other fraudulent means.

23phdream reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to your account at the time of the change.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the 23phdream Platform are governed by their respective individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game on the Platform, you agree to be bound by those rules.

23phdream uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure that all game outcomes are fair, random, and unpredictable. Our RNG systems are regularly tested and audited by independent third-party testing laboratories to verify their integrity and compliance with industry standards.

Live dealer games are streamed in real time from professional studio environments. The conduct of live dealer games is governed by the rules displayed within the live game interface. In the event of a technical disruption during a live game, 23phdream will endeavor to resolve the issue promptly. Where a round cannot be completed due to a technical failure, bets placed on that round will be voided and stakes returned to players.

• Game results are final once a round has been completed and confirmed by the system.
• Any malfunction of the gaming software voids all pays and plays for the affected round.
• 23phdream reserves the right to void any bet or game result where it determines that a technical error, software bug, or human error has materially affected the outcome.
• Collusion, cheating, use of automated software (bots), or any other form of unfair play is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not engage in any of the following prohibited activities while using the 23phdream Platform:

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of a third party without their explicit consent.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activities.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise tamper with any software or technology used by the Platform.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any other software to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for personal gain. Any such exploitation must be reported to 23phdream immediately.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users or 23phdream staff through any communication channel on the Platform.
• Attempting to circumvent any security, verification, or access control measures implemented by 23phdream.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to the appropriate law enforcement or regulatory authorities where required.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 23phdream Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the exclusive property of 23phdream or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from 23phdream.
• Modify or create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Use any data mining, scraping, or similar data gathering tools on the Platform.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or application.

Any unauthorized use of 23phdream's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may give rise to legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by 23phdream.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 23phdream, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its services.

Without limiting the foregoing, 23phdream shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any service offered thereon.
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your account or data.
• Any technical failures, including server downtime, network outages, or software errors beyond our reasonable control.
• Any losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform.

The 23phdream Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Privacy & Data

23phdream is committed to protecting your personal information. The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes the use of your data for identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the improvement of our services.

23phdream will not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share your data with trusted service providers who assist us in operating the Platform, subject to appropriate data protection agreements, and with regulatory or law enforcement authorities where required by law.

11. Responsible Gaming

Upon termination of your account, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any bonus funds and pending investigation of any suspected violations) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of identity verification and compliance with applicable withdrawal procedures.

You may close your account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Voluntary account closure does not affect any obligations you have incurred prior to the date of closure.

13. Amendments

23phdream reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When we make material changes to these Terms, we will notify registered users by posting a notice on the Platform and, where practicable, by sending a notification to the email address associated with your account.

The date of the most recent revision will always be indicated at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Nothing in this clause shall limit 23phdream's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of our intellectual property rights or confidential information.
